Feeley and released quarterback Koy Detmer and receiver Todd Pinkston. The signing of Feeley, released earlier this week by San Diego, completes a profitable cycle for Philadelphia. The Eagles originally drafted him in the fifth round in 2001 and he started five games in 2002, leading the team to four wins when Donovan McNabb and Detmer were both sidelined with injuries. He was traded to Miami after the 2003 season for a second-round draft pick that the Eagles subsequently used to pick wide receiver Reggie Brown, currently a starter. Now they get him back without surrendering a player or a pick.Pinkston, entering his seventh season, appeared to be on his way out when the Eagles traded for receiver Donte Stallworth.Pinkston missed last year with a torn Achilles' tendon and battled soreness in both ankles during training camp. He caught one pass for 4 yards in the preseason.Detmer had spent the last nine seasons with the Eagles, but the team signed Jeff Garcia in the offseason to be McNabb' insurance policy.</div>http://www.nfl.com/teams/story/PHI/9628125A.J.
