Re: Detroit Red Wings! This team is the best team in the NHL, no questions asked. Let me start off at Center. Stevie Y is getting older, but Pavel Datsuyk is amazing. I love watching him play, mezmerizing the goalie night in and night out. He is amazing at shootouts too, if anyone saw the Predators game with six shooters in the SO. Robert Lang and Kris Draper round out the centers, two very very solid goal scorers. Lang was leading the league in scoring before we picked him up from Washington last year. Draper had a career year last year, and is still a key part of the grind line. Jason Williams is backup center, another promising young player. Our Wings are very solid also. Brenden Shanahan, Hendrik Zetterberg, Mark Mowers, Kirk Maltby, Tomas Holmstrom, and Micheal Samuelsson. Thats easy enough. Holmstrom is doing great this year, beyond belief and expectations. Samuelsson is a good free agent pickup too. I didn't expect that out of him. Watch out for Zetterberg in the future. Defense- Best in the league. Nick Lidstrom. Chris Chelios. Mathieu Schnieder. 3 great defenders, but wait. Theres more. Nick Kronwall, a youngster is very very nice. Jason Wooley and Corey Cross are competeing for minutes, both are solid. Andreas Lilja is a fricken stud. and If Jiri Fisher can heal from and injury....... Goalies are great- Osgood and Legace.BEST FARM TEAM IN LEAGUE-GRIFFENS.We are gonna take the stanley cup.

Re: Detroit Red Wings! Yeah the red wings are great. Zetterberg, Datsuyk and Kronwall are amazing at are all so young. The we have the older stars to help improve our younger talent and who would have thought that Chelios and Yzerman are still amazing. The only real weak spot is the goalie

Datsuyk is probably the best player in the NHL, shootout wise.
