The New Jersey Devils have signed defensemen Eric Gelinas and Dan Kelly. Devils president and general manager Lou Lamoriello made the announcement Wednesday without disclosing contract terms. Gelinas was the Devils’ second choice in last year’s draft, No. 54 overall.
