The issue with Kane is that he forced his way here, hurt our team by making us play short handed for how long and then when he came here he was hurt and was a perimeter player shooting weak ass shots from the outside and not driving the net. He hurt this team by forcing his way here. I said at the time you don’t take him but was blasted by some in here. He was another east west guy on a team that needed more north south. Is what it is at this point, but I think we ALL can see that while east west looks pretty, north south wins games.Well that was a stinker to finish the season. I agree Panarin needs to go but moving him will be a great test for Drury. As far as the loss goes, hardly an upset, Rangers were underdogs and had they closed out game 3 maybe the outcome is different but the lack of enthusiasm was surprising. For all the hate being thrown Kane's way, he led the team in SOG and was 3rd in scoring while playing hurt.
