North Carolina junior Dexter Strickland has had surgery to repair a knee injury that will sideline him the rest of the season. Strickland had reconstructive surgery Thursday on his torn right anterior cruciate ligament as well as damaged meniscus. Strickland was hurt on a drive to the basket in the Tar Heels' win at Virginia Tech on Jan. 19.
