Dick Harter to Philly

As many predicted, Dick Harter has joined OB's staff in Philly. Harter was a great defensive coach, and helped implement the defense that took the team to the ECF two seasons ago.

good for him, I'm sure he's happy with Jim and I give him credit for a lot of our defensive successes

 

The first thing I noticed when I read this was... damn, this dude is old. I've never really seen anyone that old... besides Hubie... do a coaching job.

 

They can have him. God help Philly fans.

 

If he is a defensive minded coach/assistant..Then that will bring out our defensive potential...

These are all great defenders/or have potential to be..Ricky D has the potential to be a defensive force...If we can somehow utilize each of these players defensive potential and put it together to from defensive chmeistry on the defensive end..We could become one the the leagues best defensive teams..Its just all about motivating these guys..Geting them to see ahead..And see what each of them can bring to the table to help this team win..If we can do that..Theres no doubt in my imnd we will be a great team..with chemistry..As well as a great DEFEFNSIVE TEAM....Anyone else agree!
