    The Titans started 10-0 last year and finished at 13-3 with the best record in the NFL. They are currently 0-4, their next two games are Indianapolis and New England. It is obvious that Kerry Collins is not losing these games for the Titans, it is their secondary. But, Vince Young would give them a more explosive and versatile offense. Is it time?
