He is only 1.65cm... Do you believe that he can dunk? http://www.gatveskrepsinis.com/forumas/viewtopic.php?t=162 there is one foto... The site isn't in English, but you'll see... =]
I seriously doubt he can even palm a ball too. Much less dunk. Touching the rim and dunking are different even though they can seem similar. Many people can jump up and touch the rim. But can they dunk it? It never surprises me if they can't dunk it despite being able to touch the rim. Dunking takes control of the ball and a few extra inches from your vertical so you can "dip" the ball in.
Spudd webb first dunked when he 4 foot 11, so size doesn't have everything to do with it. If earl boykins has huge hops then maybe.

A 5-5 player touching rim is one thing IMO, but if he could dunk an NBA basketball through an NBA hoop, he`s got my props.

Look at the picture, more specifically where his hand is placed on the rim. He barley has his finger tips on the surface of the metal. Obviously, there is no way to determine whether Earl is on his ascend or descend, but I?m guessing descend. My reasoning is when I go up to hang on the rim, I never get my finger tips on the rim and continue going up. I get my hand well over the rim, and wait until I start coming down before I grab it. That said, I can get my hand well enough over the rim to really put some force down against it. But, I can only dunk on a good day -- and my hands are huge, palming is no problem for me. I know Boykins can?t palm, so I doubt he can dunk.

I'm 13 and I am about 5'4". My friend that lives in Denver saw some pre game type crap and before the game he saiw Earl try to dunk but he never could.
You dont need to palm a ball to dunk. I cant palm a ball and i can dunk. Its called forward motion, that keeps the ball in my hand. There is also something called cuping the ball which works well also. And um ever heard of a 2 hand dunk? I do them all the time. There is a guy who plays at a court i play. Hes 5'2 and can do a two handed windmill. the Sh!t looks unreal.
^^5'2"??? i doubt that bro.... and spud dunking at 4'11" i dont believe either. sorry to come on here all cynical and stuff, but i just don't believe it. it's nuts that spud could throw down at 5'7"...add another 8 inches, plus another inch or two for reach, it's not happening...
I'm 6'1 and for the longest time I could only get the middle of my palm over the rim. It wasn't until I could get my wrist above the rim that I could dunk, and I can only partially palm the ball, which is the main problem.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting TheKing8:</div><div class="quote_post">Same Thing goes for me, but Im 6'0" how tall are you??</div> About the same. Slightly under 6 a few months ago, haven't checked since.

In high school we would all go up to the gym, all the guys around Dallas, and once we finished playing all the guys started dunking. And I guess it just came naturally as a gift. You'd just try and try -- I didn't start dunking until the summer before my senior year in high school. I probably wasn't no more than 4-11.</div> http://www.slamonline.com/magazine/features/spud68/ Why would spud lie?
it' not that hard to believe ole' boy bing able to dunk. I mean, Spud first dunked at 4'11' and i remember dunking for the first time at 5'5' when i was this scrawny little 13 year old. So Earl, a guy who is unbelievably quick and strong (can easily bench 400 lbs. i believe, correct me if i'm wrong) being able to dunk isn't that hard to believe.
