do you guys want to see the pistons draft Daniel Horton, the kid from Michigan. He stayed for 4 years so you know that he is ready. His numbers last year look better than G. Areanas from his soph. year but are a little better. I think if he is there at #60 we take him. Lindsey is getting old and might be done, Acker might turn out and i think Delk will be gone via FA. I think we bring Horton on board and have him devolpe in the NBA for the first 15 games then if he isnt in consistantly we send him to the NBDL. I just really like Horton and have watched him play for the last 3 years and i think that he can be a solid player in the NBA.
I think there is a good chance Horton will be there at 60 and the Pistons will draft him. He had two workouts with the Pistons and went to Michigan so a lot Pistons fans would be familar with him. I wouldn't mine seeing him in a Pistons uni. But I think theres a good chance he would spend most of his time in the NBDL if he signed with the team. I personally would like to see Pistons try to trade up to around the 40th pick and get Dee Brown if possible. I think Dee Brown could contribute to the Pistons off the bench. Any player we get with the 60th pick if they sign team, if they play it will be with the Sioux Falls Skyforce.
I was just thinking this. Daniel Horton would be the greatest pick by the Pistons since Tayshuan Prince in 2002. I'd be happy with Daniel Horton on Detroit, as I'm a Wolverine Fan. Denham Brown would be a nice pick too.
Horton would be a nice pick at 60. He was a beast at Michigan and we could use a slasher at SG like him.
Although not being picked I wouldn't be surprised to see Horton play with the Pistons summer league team.
