As the days wore on, Josh Wall started hoping that he'd at least get one opportunity to pitch before he was sent back to the minors.

Well, he got the call all right. In the 11th inning.

Wall earned the win in his major league debut, pitching a scoreless inning Sunday.

Pinch-hitter Matt Treanor hit a two-run single in the 12th inning that lifted the Los Angeles Dodgers to an 8-3 victory over the stumbling New York Mets for a three-game sweep.
