I just thought I would start a thread on this because.....it's one of the best comedy shows out there. I liked this guys comedy since "Half Baked" and his stand up routine.
I watch it; who doesn't? I think it's overrated though. I won't go out of my way to watch it. It just becomes one of those shows that's on primetime that's enjoyable to watch but not laugh-your-ass-off funny. I also hate when he brings race into the show. Not because I feel he's racist, but because I hate how black comedians only have material about their damn race.

Anyways, my favorite skit was in season 1 where they were on the airplane with the Middle eastern ppl sitting in the front, the blacks sitting behind them, followed by the white ppl, then the indians, and finally the buffalos...lol...I don't feel like reciting the skit but some of u guys know what I'm talking about
Yeah, I know what your talking about notmuchgame. This show is so damn funny. I can't wait until season 2 DVD comes out. Piss on You was the best skit and the Niggar Family and Racial Draft are close 2nd.

My favorite skit on Chappelle was the "Zapped" TV show. The robbing the bank scene makes me laugh everytime i watch it. Chappelle Clips

I lover the show myself, but I have tonnes of mp3s of his stand-up stuff too, and I gotta say that is much funnier. My favourite is when he talks about why terrorists would never take a black guy hostage

The Pepe Le Pew one made me swerve on the road cuz I was laughing so hard (I was listening to it in my car)...
I agree with NMG that Dave Chappelle is a genius. Just the material he comes up with is original and dated. I mean, how can you come up with a skit about a blind black white supremicist? Or when the couples switched husbands for the day like Trading Spaces? "Piss on you" had to be one of the more funnier mock videos I have seen and who can forget about the Bum who is addicted to crack? BTW his standup routine "Killing 'em softly" is a classic and I suggest everyone who hasn't heard it to download it.

The show is great, but in my opinion it's a tad overrated. My favorite moments were the Da Band, Rick James and Zapped skit. Those were funny as hell. .... Well anyways the show plans on moving to Showtime this September, so that means Dave Chappelle is going o go all out. Expect there to be some controversy surrounding the show once Chapelle starts abusing his authority.

Most say it's all in good fun, but it get's annoying IMO when every other comic does it.

Personally I used to think his comedy was getting way too old but after watching "Neva Scared" I think he is still one of the best out there. In regards to ranking DL Hughley and Dave Chappelle over him I can agree with that. I loved DL Hughely on comic view and Dave Chappelle is the best comedian out there bar none.
When DL Hughley was hosting comicview, it was great...they didn't censor nuthing...now they bleep everything, its hard to follow the jokes... btw, what ever happened to Ricky Smiley?
