I mean has he not seen how badly this team needs a center? Watch the Jazz game and that tells you all you need to know about our roster. CENTER WANTED BADLY. Its like we haven't had a legit center since mid December yet here we are enterng February and aren't any closer.
I mean this is becoming a joke. Why the hell is this guy so fucking afraid of dealing?

I definitely think KP should go into his laboratory and build a center. He has two he could use for parts, the problem is they both have broken knees. Seven foot corpses are so hard to find, and if we just kidnap some random seven-footer off the streets, someone is bound to notice. :dunno:

Dude, did you not notice? It's Greg's left knee and Joel's right knee that are bad. More than enough spare parts for one center.

those are funny but not as funny as how the jazz had a 20-2 lead off layups and dunks. lol... our defense with no center is funny

The last two games have really exposed our thin front court. Down 24-8 in the 1st vs NO and 21-2 last night vs Utah . . . and we're talking about lay-ups and wide open looks (it's not like they were making tough shots) We have been able to hide this for the most part, but there are at least 4 games (Philly at home, @ Clippers, Memphis at home, Utah at home) since no Greg/Oden that we lost primarily because we have no front court. Juwan has filled in admirably, but he's so undersized. Pendergraph plays physical, but has so much to learn. And we all know LA isn't a physical guy. This translates into getting killed in the paint. We give up way to many layups and dunks (or foul to prevent one), and then we start collapsing to cover the middle and leave perimeter shooters WIDE open. It's a problem. Trade deadline is what, 2+ weeks away? Interesting to see what happens. The West is loaded, but this team has a shot of making some noise. It's just time for a deal KP. Get it done.

I'm sure he is talking to GMs but we're not going to give up a couple really talented young guys to get someone like Haywood..Why would we do that? So we can for sure make the playoffs to get beat in the first round? Pull your head out and think about it for a second. Do you really think getting a center is going to change the fact that Oden and Przybilla are out for the year? No. The only trade that would make sense would involve Blake and Outlaw. You're not going to get a whole lot in return for that.

and do you think by not making a trade makes oden less injury prone or pryz coming back before xmas... in which neither will be in game shape till new year?

    we need a center.... sorry.

Lots of teams out there need centers. Unfortunately, they don't grow on trees.

What center do you want, and who do you give up to get them?

I'm not against a trade, as long as it helps long term, not just help short term at the expense of the long term.

No dipshit, Pritchard doesnt watch any Trail Blazer games. He sits at home and watches Spongebob Squarepants! I wish everyone here would stop responding to your moronic threads.

This year is a wash. Don't rock the boat. The Blazers will have two centers back next year. Reset your expectations of this year to none.

    dude... its like

do you really think oden wont be hurt at some point? do you really think pryz will be ready by xmas? how long do you think it will take to get them in game shape lol?

i know you guys love to say "next year" but be fair for once... do you really think next fall we are "set" at center? not ot mention pryz bails afetr next season so we will need one anyway. kp can trade pryz next deadline as an expiring center or he can backup a guy we tarde for now assuming odens hurt by then.

and last how sad is it... that horford and durant are all stars yet greg is out for the season again. jeez... either would have us a legit contender instead we are hoping for 8th seed.
