Over the years, I have proved again and again why Vince Carter should have been traded. I have proved time and again how his game did not fit the skills of a fast breaking Jason Kidd and Richard Jefferson.

    But now, everything is different.

    1) No more JKidd. No more Fast Break
    2) Richard Jefferson is shooting 3's
    3) Nets don't play defense

Trade Vince Carter? Time to re-visit the question.

The Nets with just Vince or just RJ? Not a pretty sight.

This team no longer has an identity. This team no longer has a direction.

Therefore, do not trade RJ for the sake of getting a certain player. Do not trade Vince for the sake of getting a certain player.

Thorn needs to pay attention to chemistry. There is no easy answer.

Mark my words, next year will be tough on us all.

It doesn't matter; Vince isn't going to be traded.

You will have Devin Harris and Vince Carter, and PROBABLY Josh Boone (not sure if he'd start or not).

Can you construct a winner with that start? Fill in the other 11 roster spots accordingly.

You've got plenty of assets BUT changing too many personnel could have a negative effect.

I don't mind the way Vince plays it's just the length and amount of the contract he got that makes people want to trade him.
