The Miami Dolphins signed veteran running back Daniel Thomas on Monday, the team announced. Thomas is expected to fill one running back spot that is expected to be vacated by leading rusher Knowshon Moreno. The Dolphins lost Moreno to a dislocated elbow in the first quarter of Sunday's 29-10 loss to the Buffalo Bills.
