<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>As for Cheek, there is all kinds of speculation about his potential college choices. One account has him considering Villanova, Seton Hall, Florida and Wake Forest now that North Carolina is out of the picture.

We hear from several sources that he'll likely stay close to home, which would spell good news for Villanova, Seton Hall or Rutgers. But both Cheek and Coach Hurley say he's wide open, and won't decide anytime soon.

"I'm still open right now. There's no leader or anything," Cheek said.</div>

The fact the he wants to stay close to home is BIG for The Hall and Rutgers.

Sometimes it's hard to stand out on a St. Anthony's team because they're so team orientated.

It's even harder to stand out on that team with six division 1 players. As a junior, he's overshadowed even more.

Bobby Gonzales and Fred Hill are going to push hard for him. Of course I'd love to see him at the Hall, with Eugene Harvey, Jordan Theodore, and Jeremy Hazell.

Rutgers having Mike Rosario has to help a lot with Cheek. I'd hate to see him go to Nova. Hopefully he stays in state and goes to Seton Hall or RU.

Just shows how ridiculously stacked St Ants is this year, that he's not even (currently) the best player on his team.

Regarding Theodore, Paterson Catholic has something like 4 D1 sophomore prospects on the team. Bet Jordan can get one or two to go to the Hall.
