Re: Don't Expect Any Major Moves i read on netsdaily.com that the nets arn't going to breakup the starting five. thorn and stafanski want to just perfect the bench. i like this because we can use all of the MLE and exceptions to just focus on the bench. we will be in the ECF next year. i believe it.

Re: Don't Expect Any Major Moves They might need to pick up someone to contend with the powers in the East. They need a good big man. Cliff is about to retire and Jason Collins isn't going to cut it up against some of the powerhouses in the East.
Re: Don't Expect Any Major Moves If the Nets could get a dominant inside man to start along side Krstic, then they'd probably be the 2nd best team in the East behind the Pistons. Robinson/Collins wont get them to the Finals.

Re: Don't Expect Any Major Moves Collins is fine where he is, they need defense in that lineup. The Nets management should just focus on the bench, and try to sign someone for the MLE, maybe Fred Jones or Speedy Claxton.

Anyways, you're right waiving him would be stupid, but trading him would be a nice idea.

They should waive him, or trade him.</div>collins sucks? are you kidding me? he may not be the offensive player we want him to be but he does the little things that make a huge difference. he takes the charge, gets stiched up, gets banged up. he's like jason kidd but a center type. he does the little things to win. not matter what we think he will always start bc frank and the rest of the managment are soooo high on him. i've been hearing that if the nuggets cannot trade kmart they will buy him out. if they do this i think we should throw the MLE or part of it to him. I want kmart back here. hes a great emotioanl leader and he has the toughness we need. what a great player to have come off the bench.
