VITALS: 7-3, 305, Yonsei University (South Korea)

OVERVIEW: The son of former Korean National Team member Dong Ki, Ha won four championships with South Korea's Samil Commercial High School. Although he never attended college, he took advantage of a rule in South Korea which lets incoming freshman play college basketball before finishing high school. In seven games with Yonsei University, Ha averaged 12.6 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.6 blocks, helping the school to a national title.

LIKELY DRAFT POSITION: Ha is a mid-to-late second-rounder. He looked light years away from contributing in the NBA during an audition in Chicago this month. On the other hand, those who had seen Ha prior to the workout said he looked far better than ever before. Ha's representatives brought him to the United States earlier this year and have been working with him diligently to improve his game.

    COMPARATIVE UPSIDE: Mark Eaton

    COMPARATIVE DOWNSIDE: Slavko Vranes

    ROLE PROJECTION: Reserve

POSITIVES: Ha has a good body with strength and tone. He cannot be classified as agile, but he is not a klutz, either. He moves decently north-south, although he lacks lateral mobility or hops. Ha possesses a solid shooting touch. Because he is only 18, he has plenty of time to improve his skills and understanding of the game.

SHORTCOMINGS: Ha does not understand how to use his body or seal off his man. His lack of jumping ability limits his adjustment level on his layups, which he often has to do because he catches the ball at bad angles under the basket due to poor positioning. His hands and dribbling are suspect, he has no post moves and is generally considered a project needing five to seven years.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "Project. He's improved his body, which is very important. He still doesn't have much stamina. He'd be worth a late second-round investment pick. There's a lot of potential there, but he's still got a long way to go." - Sacramento Kings international scout Jason Filippi
