i don't know if anyone remembers this, but Charlotte back in 1999 had a +.500, missed the playoffs and ended up getting a top 3 pick i did the ESPN mock lottery thing and 2 out of the 5 times i did it, GS got a top 3 pick weird be cool if a team below 10 slot gets a top3 pick
I'm confused. How can a team that doesn't get a top three pick jump up at all? What does "below top 3" mean?
