Would you trade Devin Harris and our higher #1 to draft Derrick Rose? Just want to see what people think.

I guess I would. I would first rather see Richard and Vince gone to know we are blowing everything up.

Yes. but why would the sonics or heat do that? rose>harris

Imagine rose durant on the same team... that team has a hell of a future.

    No.
Not because I don't think Derrick Rose isn't gonna be great, but Devin's value imo is to high for that particular trade...

Devin Harris to the Heat for Derrick Rose straight up? Yeah. That I'd do.

^ Thats a better idea, id do that in a second. no doubts there . Dont get me wrong i love DH but if we can get rose for him? rose by far has the better future, he is not even in the nba and he is already a top 5 pg for many people.

Unless there are trades to move Vince and RJ for young players and draft picks that fit in with Rose's potential championship window, it is a completely pointless move.

Yes, great post hit the nail right in the head, if we do that, we have to get rid of carter and rj. And get a lot of young prospects and see who works out and thats how we would build around our franchise player. Derrick Rose.

I kinda wish that would happen actually.

Well I mean is rose>harris +#10 pick? Just makin sure you didn't misunderstand my post. If this is what you meant then I guess that's your opinion but I feel like Seattle wouldn't mind Harris/Durant/Green along with Deandre Jordan in exchange for not getting Rose.

Probably not. Devin is a proven commodity. Rose will probably pan out, but the risk is too big.

Dwayne Wade is 26 years old and there franchise player...pair him with a proven player like Devin and then sign a player such as Elton Brand and bam suddenly back in the championship picture.

They can get more for the first overall than Devin Harris.

I don't see the Nets having three rookies in camp next season...not if they keep all their young players.

Right now, the Nets have six players on the roster 25 or younger: Harris, Krstic, Boone, Ager, MWilliams, and SWilliams. I don't see them going into camp with NINE players under the age of 25.
