Houston has been unable to reach a free agent agreement with Goran Dragic. The Rockets reportedly are ready to move on after negotiations failed earlier this week. “Goran’s not coming back,” a person with knowledge of the process said. “It’s just not happening.” Dragic averaged 16.3 points and 7.3 assists in 32 games as a starter last season.
