http://www.nypost.com/seven/04122008/sport...bigs_106205.htm A good sign for the Mets. This could be more important than everyone initially thought if Heilman continues to struggle (although I think he'll turn out fine). Hopefully Sanchez is 100% and will come and pitch the way he did pre-car accident.
http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/baseball...rehab_game.html He's now expected to join the team on Tuesday. Alou may be in a rehab game sometime soon, probably next weekend. Hopefully now that Castillo is back in the lineup w/ Reyes close behind, the Mets will get a little more healthy.
Duaner looked pretty damn impressive tonight in his inning of work. Some of his pitches were a little wild, but his change looks fantastic, especially considering it's his first big league appearance in almost two years. So glad to have him back.
