A buddy of mine just celebrated his 60th birthday a few days ago. Soooooo.....we've invited him, his wife, and a few others, over this Saturday for the Ducks vs Georgia Bulldogs football game. Let it be known, this is the ONLY time I root against Georgia......not that it will matter! LOL. I'll be grilling my famous spatchcock chicken, smoking some St Louis ribs, and potato salad, accompanied by a new recipe - smoked, bacon-wrapped, stuffed manicotti shells. A variation on jalapeno poppers. It should be a fantastic day overall FALL IS MY FAVORITE TIME OF YEAR!! GO DUCKS!!
