Settling a sexual assault deal. Would not be surprised to see him get suspended for half the season over this. Not to mention his wife isn't going to be pleased. As well as how much shit other players will give him on the ice who like to trash talk. Might be time after this to see what value he has.

The worst part is it seems that the rangers covered it up instead of at least suspending him or terminating his contract. Hopefully they can find a buyer for him.

Imagine that...a Jim Dolan owned team possibly involved in covering up a sexual misconduct story involving someone in the organization.
    IMAGINE THAT.

As one person said if somebody took your phone. Why didn’t you go to somebody else on the team or security and say get my fucking phone back that’s what I would’ve done.

Why did he take her phone in the first place? Such a moronic and stupid thing to do. He needs to be gone in the offseason. Why would this woman lie? It s not like he met her in a bar or in a nightclub. She worked for the rangers.

Athletes are not bright. You know this just look at the morons in every sport. If the Rangers were bright, they would’ve figured out how to play defense this season. Lol

You dont have to wonder that. You'd have to be half-retarded to think Dolan wasn't involved.

I think it's strange that this only came out after she was under investigation for a separate incident with another player "sharing" meds. Luckily she was big enough to easily overpower Breadstick and leave the room.

I believe I read the NHL considers this a closed matter, so should be no discipline. Also, with only one season remaining on his contract, I think Panarin will be back. Although, only having one season remaining means he will have value, but he'd also have to waive his NMC. I expect Panarin back next season to play out his contract. And the Rangers need to be very good next season with the Pens owning their 1st round pick.

Panarin is an absolute moron for this. HOWEVA. There was a full investigation by an independent law firm. The league was fully appraised of the results. Zero discipline by league or team, and never a thought to involve police. After what happened with coach Q I find it hard to believe the league would hush this up if there was even a hint of something predatory or criminal going on. The fact that the woman brought it up only after she was fired for violating other team rules regarding players makes me question the timing and how serious it really was. no doubt the law firm uncovered some behavior or communications that were mitigating factors.

She got paid, the league reviewed and there was no discipline, let’s move on.

And yes Panarin is a dumbass and I hope she slapped him.
