here's an article in the sf chronicle about Mike's sophmore season.

JRich commenting on Mike's season so far...

"It's identical,'' Richardson said, likening his sophomore run to Dunleavy's. "It's the same thing I went through -- getting pointed out for (problems on) defense, playing but not really playing as much you'd like, scoring but not scoring as much as you'd like, not being in at the end of games. I had that last season.''

"It was tough for me to stay positive last year with all those negatives going around,'' said Richardson, the fifth selection in the 2001 draft. "I think Mike probably feels the same way sometimes.

"My main thing with him is to keep on playing. Don't let anyone steal your confidence -- and I'm not just talking about coaches. Just try not to let anything get to you.''

I think its great to have JRich helping Mike stay focused on playing and not letting anything stop him other than him from being the player he wants to be. If Mike can impove like JRich has, then the W's can stop looking outside for answers to their problems and solve the problems themselves.

Dunleavy is doing a great job of just playing through this season without complaining. The guy has such a great attitude and work ethic, this is why I believe his future with the Warriors is so promising.
