    Self-inflicted. A college coach can get away with demanding total control, but it rarely works in the NFL. His coaching couldn't over-come his wonky roster decisions.

    High after this coming season, all the "good" jobs have been filled. If Chip had been fired a month and half ago he'd probably be a HC at one of USC, Miami or Georgia
