Although quarterback Michael Vick first will have to pass his concussion tests before being officially cleared, the Eagles believe he should be able to play Sunday against the New York Giants, a team source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Vick took part in Wednesday morning's walkthrough, but team sources told ESPN's Sal Paolantonio thats he split the first-team snaps with backup quarterback Mike Kafka.
