Hey guys, this summer I plan on eating alot healthier foods. I`m in good shape, I don`t smoke, drink, none of that. I`m about 150 right now, but I`m the guy that will eat cheesesteaks, cookies, candy, anytime he sees it. I just wanna be more fit and healthy, thats all. Do you guys have any tips or links for getting in better shape and eating better foods? All help is welcome.
