House spent the past three seasons with the Miami Heat. Last season he averaged 7.5 points and 1.6 assists in 55 games. House hopes to compete for the starting point guard job held last season by Andre Miller. Miller signed a six-year, $51 million offer sheet with the Denver Nuggets. Keyon Dooling and Marko Jaric also will vie for the job.</div> I'm guessing the signing is basically to get the Clips closer to the league minimum for the salary cap if they aren't there yet, but I do think that this can be an underrated signing because House hasn't been able to let his game show fully in Miami. If he can win the battle for minutes then I think he will be able to produce.
Soild signing...house can score...and he is a PG they need...with miller gone..he won't start but it gives them more depth...
uhm.. you were a little ahead of me! Can you delete my thread (and also the Steve Kerr one)? I completely missed both... my excuses!
