<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>CHARLESTON, S.C. - The unveiling of the Eddy Curry-Zach Randolph tandem will have to wait at least one game after Curry suffered an undisclosed injury to his right shoulder during Saturday's practice. Curry did not practice Sunday, when the Knicks broke camp and headed to Columbia for Monday night's preseason opener against the 76ers at the University of South Carolina. Curry will not play Monday night. An MRI exam, which was performed Sunday night after the team arrived in Columbia, will determine the extent of the injury and the amount of time the Knicks' big man could miss. As of Sunday, Curry was aiming for Thursday's preseason game against the Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv team at Madison Square Garden. "We don't think it's anything season-ending," Curry said. "We think this will be something that will take a little rehab, maybe. But it still hurts."</p> The injury occurred during a one-on-one post-up drill, when Curry banged with David Lee and felt "some grinding" in the shoulder "and it started hurting." He finished the remaining hour of practice with only mild pain, but it intensified as the day went on. The decision was made Sunday morning to keep him out of practice and schedule an MRI. "The pain kind of limits me," said Curry, a righthanded shooter who led the Knicks with 19.5 points per game last season. "I don't have anything structurally that's keeping me from doing anything right now. It's the pain."</div></p> Source: Newsday</p>
