he's too much of risk to team chemisty, plus mo pete is the only dude that can play any defense on the perimeter.

He wouldn't be a bad addition but who could we offer that Chicago wants? Trade can't happen because Paxson is looking for a real solid player in return.

you dont consider nazr mohommad and michael sweetney very much to offer? jeez, id take both of them in a second on my team. sweetney is a real big body, a decent rebounder and has an alright post up game. he's also only 22 yrs old. he's got a lot of time and potential.

but on the subject of eddy curry...he'd make a nice addition to our team. i think he'd start over woods for sure...but why mess with anything? right now we are winning and woods is doing a solid job for us down low, and mo pete is giving us good minutes off the bench. if woods can keep up his play at center, we should keep him because of the bargain basement price he comes at. mo gives us defense and scoring off the bench. plus the flexibility since he can play the 2 or the 3. woods starting gives us more depth off the bench. i really think we should just keep things the way they are untill our record dictates we need to make a move

"If it aint broke dont fix it", our team is doing really good why do you want to change that? If we made a trade it would take time for Eddy to mesh and gel with the teams system and right now Loren Woods is doing great for us. I dont think we need to make a trade unless someone's unhappy or we start losing.

... Plenty of teams are interested in Curry... Minnesota/Phoenix/Knicks etc. Bulls will most likely trade Curry to one of those teams. So I don't see how the Raptors are going to aquire Curry .. IMO Curry would be a good fit in Toronto, he has the size that they need, yes they are doing good this early in the season, think about later on in the season when the running up-tempo style takes a beating out of you, you would probably need a good half-court offense and Curry would be able to play and make huge buckets in the post.

The guy is asking for a max contract, so if we do get him, I don't think we can nor would we want to re-sign him if he's going to cost that much. Besides, who would we be willing to give up in return for Curry that the Bulls would want? MoPete is not an option because they'd want a big in return. But if we include Araujo in some sort of deal then maybe they'd consider.

Id love to have Eddy Curry just because of his potential, but we dont have much to offer the Bulls that would get us Curry.
