With Pennington and Fielder nursing bad shoulders Brooks Bollinger(a former Badger [IMG] ) appears to have a good chance to start against the Ravens.

    Quincy! Quincy! Quincy! [IMG]

The sad part is that third string QBs typically don't get many snaps in practice. Its going to take a little bit for BB to get the rust off, and he may look worse than he really is.

Wasn't Bollinger a running QB in college?

Quincy isn't on the Jets this season [IMG]

Edit: Yea Bollinger was a decent QB for us if I can remember. He wasn't a pure runner like Samuels back in the day but he does or at least did have a decent arm.

Yes...but he is still available. It was a joke. Thus the sarcastic eye roll.

That actually would be a smart move right now. He knows Edwards system from last season.

Edit: Just remember they have a new o-coordinator.

the baltiomre ravens might actually win a game next week, if bollinger starts the jets wont have that much of a passing attack. The bad thing is that he is starting vs a really good D

i dont think Testaverde will start next week due to having to learn the playbook again. But by the next week, unless Bollinger looks amazing i think tesadverde will start

Age is just a number. It's the most overrated thing for quarterbacks. If you can throw the ball, you can throw the ball. It's not like QB's lose everything once they hit 40.
