Yeah, that was great to hear from Monta. This team needs an identity, and *without Monta (and Biedrins), this team would be lost. I hope he is a Warrior for life. He was probably talking specifically about Tim Kawakami being the one who wanted a story. edit * oops that was supposed to say "without"
Heck, I'll take Monta and Biedrins as our inside/outside threats. It's not like there's anybody else. We just need solid players in between and hopefully we get a franchise superstar at swingman or power forward.
Refreshing. Refreshing to hear that is. At first, I thought Monta may have been using the double entendre on the word "Warrior," but it really sounds as he wants to stay. Now Rowell just needs to quit getting his panties in a bunch over the moped incident and move on.
that's real good to hear...i've been watchn monta on the sidelines at the recent games, and he just doesn't seem to be that into it...granted, he's never been very emotional. i was hoping that his nonchalant attitude wasn't a reflection of him not wanting to play with golden state anymore.
