Alright, we're near the end of the season, just a simple question, who do you think will/deserves to win what award? Please no M.V.P debating, we have enough of those topics already.

    M.V.P - Chauncey Billups
Rookie Of The Year - Chris Paul
    Most Improved - Boris Diaw
Defensive Player Of The Year - Ben Wallace
    6th Man - Mike Miller
Coach Of The Year - Flip Saunders

This is SO fun, everyone of you are very biased. [IMG] Anyway this is what I believe:

    MVP: Steve Nash
    ROY: Chris Paul
    MIP: Boris Diaw
    DPY: Ron Artest
    6th: Jerry Stackhouse
Coach of the year: Avery Johnson

Why on earth is everyone picking Jerry Stackhouse for sixth man?

    Stackhouse has averaged 12, 3 and 3.
Mike Miller has averaged 14, 5 and 3.

Miller has also shot at a vastly superior clip.

Laughable to suggest Stackhouse has been a better 6th man.

Thats why I said I don't know [IMG]

I wasn't biased in my selections the only bias I can see is Smush as the Most Improved. He really is if you think about it though. Look at his previous season then look at this season.

Just a quick note on this post. The player or coach in parentheses is who I think will likely win it, the other is who I think should win it.

    MVP: Kobe Bryant (Steve Nash)
    ROY: Chris Paul (Chris Paul)
    MIP: David West (Boris Diaw)
    COY: Byron Scott/PJax (Avery Johnson)
6th Man: Mike Miller (Mike Miller)
    DPOY: AK47 (AK47)

I didnt even think of Miller, picking a 6th man was the hardest selection for me. I've changed it to Miller after your pointing out.

arre, my selections arnt biased, while I am a Pistons fan, I truely believe that the players I said deserve the award I put them for, it just so happens they'e from my favourite team. I'll explain them if you like:

Chauncey Billups - Detroits Steve Nash, averaging around the same numbers as Nash and has helped lead Detroit to alot better record than what Nash has for Phoenix.

Ben Wallace - The only player to rank in the top 10 for Blocks, steals & rebounds, and as always just an excellent inside defender.

Flip Saunders - Led Minnesota to their best ever season in 2003/2004, then had a dismal 2004/2005 which led to his firing mid season, then comes to Detroit and leads them to a league winning record and what looks as though their best season ever in 2005/2006.
