He will go to the NFL but i think he is going to wait for a situation he wants. I dont know if he will leave next year or in five years but itll happen and i hope there is a plan in place for it

    Hopefully he won't leave.

But if he takes over a team, it could be either the Cowboys or the Eagles

Enjoying the heck out of this would be too much for some. Hand wringing after any 3 and out seems to be a better option for some ;)

I thought this thread was about winning out but still getting snubbed for the Championship game. Good to know the news is actually worse than that.

Actually, the 2 could be related. If the Ducks run the table and still get snubbed for the Natty game, that would have to be infuriating for Chip. (and might make the NFL more tempting)

Computer rankings are based on already played schedule. We are that high while playing a soft schedule so far. We already have 3 of 4 against ranked teams (USC, Stanford, and OSU) with potentially another ranked team (dependant on us and a ranked team making it lol) So thats potentially 4 out of 5 games left against ranked opponents. Win out and we would be 13-0 vs KSU's 12-0 and Notre Dame's 12-0. Our schedule is just fine. Lets worry about winning tomorrow and the week after first :)

Do you know if it takes into account where teams were ranked when you played them or if it is where those teams are currently ranked?

not sure how much it takes that into consideration. But I know it "scales" for lack of a better word. I.e. Arizona winning last week will make a win for Oregon against USC look worse, but makes the win Oregon had over Arizona look better.
