    He's effectively been a $7 million per year Assistant for the past couple of seasons, but I like his approach to basketball. Not a great offensive player, but a pretty good defender. Funny, if you substitute "player" for "team" I could just as easily be talking about the Cavs themselves. I hope he stays with the Cavs as an Assistant or, depending on his offensive skills, possibly even a co-Head Coach with Mike Brown, where Brown would handle defense and Snow would handle the offense.
