Rumour has it this is the deal Sixers GM Billy King has offered the Sonics, the deal hasn't been turned down, they are said to be thinking about making this move. If they can't get a better offer in the space of a few days I would expect Seattle to pull the trigger on this one.
I posted an article about this earlier in which the writer proposed this trade, outlining how it would help both teams. All in all I wouldn't be disappointed if it went down, as Eric Snow would be a fantastic pairing with Ray Allen in the backcourt, and with Antonio Daniels would give Seattle a much more defensive orientated point guard rotation, something sorely lacking since GP's departure. However, ideally you would want more players involved, as Seattle don't want to be taking back more contract. Do Philly take James or Booth, and does Flip get thrown in?
