When I go to espn.com lately to check the scores, I notice they seem to always default to NCAA Women's basketball. Is this some kind of politically correct bullshit or what? What percentage of ESPN.com's users are lesbians?
Are you signed in as a user on ESPN.com when you visit the site? I am signed in when I visit, so it defaults to my favorite team preferences at the top when I check the scores. So I see the Blazers, San Francisco Giants, Iowa State, etc...first if they have games.
Speaking of ESPN, I turned it on the other day, and one of the first things they talked about the hair style of Ronaldo's new statue in Madeira. I turned it to another station, the lead story was also about Ronaldo's hair style. Turned it again.... Ronaldo's Copper 'Doo. Honestly, we better be careful with this type of broadcast journalism, because if aliens ever intercept this kind of story, they are going to come up to us and say, "We have decided to destroy you as a sentient species because your ego and selfishness is beyond EVEN the (inpronounceable 12 vowel sound) in the Gamma Quadrant!" I am just sorry that the NCAA women's tournament has to receive this type of TV and Internet coverage.
ESPN isn't that great anymore... and yet it's miles better than the new NBA.com. I still don't understand what the hell NBA.com is thinking? Their site is essentially unusable.
ESPN blows for the most part. I get infinitely more and better coverage of my favorite teams from forums and blogs.
And the fact that they try to hide so much of their content behind their pay wall. Not even worth it. But still......... better than NBA.com.
Any women's sport where you can't see ass and titties is lame. You might as well watch mens high school basketball. Actually not really. Men's high school basketball is better.
