I think Haloti Ngata would be our best bet at the 13th pick. He has great size and just completley plugs the hole up the middle. I love his style of play as well, I've watched him numerous times at Oregon.

I would be most happy with either Huff or Ngata.

I agree, Huff and Ngata are doubtful.

People have Bunkley over Ngata in their mocks.I'm hoping they get Sims if Huff and Ngata are off the board. Sims is a freak at OLB and is a sure player unlike Suggs' inconsistency. They should really consider trading up to get Huff though. Huff and Reed together would be the best S duo in history.

Let stats and plays do the talking. In 2005, he had 66 tackles, 25 tackles for loss, and 9 sacks on Florida State. Ngata had 61 tackles, 9 TFL, 3 sacks, 5 passes broken up, and 2 blocked kicks for Oregon. Ngata is 2 inches taller and 32 pounds heavier. He's a pure run stuffer. Bunkley is more of a pass rusher and a backfield disrupter by using his strength. Not saying he's better than Ngata but to write him off as only a workout warrior is being completely ignorant because they are basically 2 exactly opposite DTs.

His job is to clog the hole in the middle of the field by taking on the double teams to prevent teams from running on you, hes not going to put up the same type of numbers that a pass-rushing DT like Bunkley is going to. Thats like compareing Casey Hampton to Rod Coleman. While you can try to do it, its not a fair compairison because they are 2 complete different type of players.
