Is it me or has LB changed the way we start off games? Instead of going to Rip and looking to establish his scoring in the begining of the game, LB seems to be calling Tayshaun's number. It looks to me that Larry is trying to establish Tayshaun's offense early in an effort to keep him from dissapearing on the offensive side of the court during the game. It is obvious that Tay is being more aggressive offensively and I think this may be part of the reason why. Larry seems to be trying to get Tay a couple of buckets early to build his confidence and put his mind in a more offensive set. Do you guys agree?

Larry Brown likes to get Tayshaun going early. It's sets a tone for the rest of the game. Gives the main scorers Billups, Rip and Sheed to be able to go off late on. It also opens up the floor for everyone else on the team even Ben when Tay attacks the defense.

It's amazing how improved Tay has been this year on the offensive end. His added offense will be huge in the post season.

I don't think it is a matter of being improved on offense as much as it is a matter of finally being able to get him to be aggressive. Tay has always had the ability to create and hit shots. This year he seems to a have finally figured out how to be assertive about getting his shot while staying with in the flow of our offense. He is no longer hanging out in the corner hoping the ball gets passed out to him. The other added wrinkle that Tay's emergence has provided is we are no longer a strictly half court team. The guys are looking up the court for Tay running the wing. Tay has shown he can finish the break. I think we a have a more versatile offense this year because of Tay.
