Chicago Bears tight end Evan Rodriguez was arrested Friday for the second time this offseason after a traffic incident in which he was charged with driving under the influence, in addition to speeding and improper lane change, according to Illinois State Police. Police pulled over Rodriguez on I-90 at Hubbard at approximately 3:30 a.m. Friday. "We are aware of the reports regarding Evan Rodriguez," the Bears said in a statement. "We are currently gathering information to learn more about the circumstances surrounding the situation." The latest incident likely puts Rodriguez's status with the team in jeopardy, considering he was arrested in Miami Beach, Fla., on March 21 for resisting an officer without violence and disorderly intoxication after a car in which he was a passenger was involved in a traffic incident.
