And Marv Albert credited Dame's shot to Curry.

This one isn't exactly on Marv, it was a close call for whoever was scoring the game. Giannis gathered to go up for a shot but lost his handle and the ball went out of bounds. Marv thought it would be scored a missed field goal but the scorer (rightfully IMO) called it a turnover. Giannis gathered but hadn't gone into the shooting motion when he lost the ball.

Caught this on reddit and it made me a bit sad.

The death of the midrange. 221 total attempts, only 5 from midrange

The members of this site absolutely crucify players for taking Mid Range shots.

As well they should. Melo is the guy on our team shooting midrange shots, and most of those are heavily contested fadeaways after he dribbles or jabs for 8 seconds. That should stop.

No one should have a problem with Dame or CJ shooting pullup foul line jumpers after coming off screens. We keep thinking of points per shot and efficiency, but Dame or CJ shooting those varies our offensive attack and makes us less predictable.

I love the midrange shot. It opens up both the post and the 3-point line. The shot I dislike is the long two. All the low percentages of the 3 pointer, but without the bonus.

Nobody can convince me otherwise that Dame or Curry should have gotten MVP.

I went back and watched the full clip of all Giannis' points and outside of a couple of VERY lucky banked in three pointers, they were almost all uncontested dunks.

Giannis' shot chart... like... come on man. Dame and Curry are hitting half court shots and this dude gets the MVP?

I have to admit that dribble dribble, jab step, step back, fadeaway jumper drives me fucking nuts. Every player inn the entire league knows it's coming when he starts it. It's like a bad dance move. Do the Hustle.... Electric Slide... Macarena.... all in one
