Don't know bout ya'll, but it really irks the hell outta me that some players we basically gave away are key contributors on the two teams in the finals. First off, I liked Adrian Griffin. I don't know why he's not a Rocket. James Posey was somebody we let slide, but could've been a nice player alongside Tmac. Shandon Anderson is playin little but solid minutes. Hell, even Avery Johnson used to be a Rocket. It just seems like we keep lettin players go who are now playing very good on other teams. Might need a new scout team
Adrian Griffin was traded to get Dikembe Mutombo, and the one season he was with us was spent beriddled by injuries. I don't think you were against the move when it was made. James Posey we let go because we couldn't afford to match his contract. When he signed with Memphis, TMac wasn't even in our horizon and not to mention we brought in Eric Piatkowski, Griffin and Jim Jackson. Hindsight is 20/20, let's not dwell on the past. Why didn't we take Michael Jordan with the number one pick in 1984?

We had no shot at the title w/ or w/o him (he didn't fit in our system, or didn't play up to our expectations) Well we gave him away to the best team in the league (damn did he get lucky...what if we gave him to DET or SA) Damn he got LUCKY.
