Now with Mike "The Czar" Fratello the new head coach of the Grizzlies, do you see a turnaround coming or is Memphis still lacking something?

I'm not sure what to expect. I think that every Grizzlie, with the exception of James Posey, has played exceptional this season. I think that once we get a coach in place we can start winning like we did last season. On the other hand though, the Czar might cut our rotation down to an 8 man rotation. Hollins had been running what is essentially an 8 man rotation and we didn't get one win under that system. What I'm hoping will happen is that we'll package the two players left out of the ten man rotation along with a starter for a clutch player. We've lost too many games in the last minutes this season, mostly due to Pau Gasol. We need someone who can step up and hit clutch shots.

Who do we have that could wrangle Paul Pierce away from Boston? Nobody, I'm thinking.

I hope they turn it around.

They had that "streak" where they were 5-5, and I thought they were finally starting to turn "it" around, but then the shit hit the fan.

Hopefully they start winning some games pretty quickly here; we were supposed to be good this year.

I agree. Even if we packaged Pau Gasol, Jason Williams, and James Posey, I don't think that Boston would budge. Pierce is definitely one of the league's ten best.

As far as a turnaround, they looked really impressive tonight against Philadelphia. The whole game was an absolute blowout. Everyone played under control; there was just some great team ball being played. I'm not counting us out of the playoff picture yet. It's too early.
