The Lakers likely take more 3's at the end of games because those are the open shots defenses are willing to give them. Usually teams pack the paint more in the 4th quarter and it opens up the outside shooting. The Lakers generally try to establish their post game early on to force defenses to double down later in the game which frees up Fisher and the rest of the perimeter players. Hopefully he charts every team in the league so we can compare how the Lakers do shot selection wise versus the rest of the league.
