I guess they can pack about 9,000 people into Brisbane Road. Should be a fun atmosphere. I suspect we'll see the likes of Denilson, Gibbs, Almunia, and Squillaci in this game. However I doubt we'll field an overly weak or incongruous team. Probably see Chamakh and Bendtner in there.
Djourou is out. Might force Koscielny to play although he could use a rest. Should see Sagna back. Walcott's got a bit of a thing but will probably be on the bench anyway.
It now appears that Johan may feature against Leyton Orient in the FA Cup Fifth Round on Sunday. Speaking to TV Online on Thursday, Arsène Wenger ruled out the Swiss centre half due to a back problem. However the injury has improved overnight and he is in contention to start at Brisbane Road. ?
Lazy performance by Arsenal. Pitiful showing from our strikers. Bendtner's lackadaisical effort was appalling. Chamakh is just snakebitten. Good to see Rosicky get a goal. We certainly didn't need another game added to the docket. Fair play to Leyton.
The "same old Arsenal" chant is a bit grating. Seems like opposing fans can't wait to sing it. Heard it at least three times, each time less called for than the last. At least have a go at us when we do something. At one point I think Denilson got dragged down and we got a free kick out of it, inspiring the chant. Really? Cheating? Bit eager I'd say.
