David Moyes is facing a misconduct charge after confronting referee Martin Atkinson following Everton's 3-3 draw with Manchester United on Saturday. Moyes's assistant Steve Round has also been charged by the Football Association and the two men have until Thursday to respond to the sanction. Under the FA's new fast-track procedure if they accept the charge they will have to pay a standard £8,000 fine.
