Alright, I hate baseball but Im in a fantasy league to make the summer of baseball less painful. Who is the guru around here? Anybody have any sites that gives quality rankings for free? Any opinions on sleepers or busts? Ill accept any opinions not from the dude who told me to drop Verlander last year.....grrrrrrrrrr
I'm doing the same thing. I enjoy baseball to a certain degree, but I don't follow any players. I just follow the M's and Yankees and I couldn't tell you either teams batting rotation. But I joined a fantasy league anyway just to keep track of the stats and help with the boring summer months of sports. I joined a public Yahoo league and drafted to the best of my ability. I pulled up USA Today's top 200 players and used that. I have no idea if it's a reliable source. One piece of advise I received was to draft up the middle if you can. As in, draft a good Catcher and good 2B if your draft position so allows. There aren't a lot of good hitting Catchers or 2B. I have no idea if my team is good.
