    i don't think its a good trade because even tho iverson was out, hes back and will give u steals, points, assists...KG is the best 2 way player and gives u almost every category...paul pierce is prob a more consistent shooter than AI and has better rebounds...j'oneal is a weaker player than kg in all categories but still very good...it depends on ur team's needs but i would have kept kg
