Billick was an "offensive genious" so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Something had to be done though.
Bad Move IMO. It's not the time to fire a Coordinator if you want to be a Successful Franchise. Hopefully Billick is smart enough to not change the playbooks on them to minimize the confusion on Offense it is bound to cause.
