Here's an interesting list containing some flaws in the Bible. I found this to be very interesting so I decided to share it with you.

DT 6:5, MT 22:37, MK 12:30, LK 10:27 Love God.
    DT 6:13, PS 33:8, 34:9, 111:10, 115:13, 128:1, 147:11, PR 8:13, 16:6, 19:23, 22:4, IS 8:13, LK 12:5, 1PE 2:17 Fear God.
1JN 4:18 There is no fear in love.

PR 30:5 Every word of God proves true.
    1KI 22:23, 2CH 18:22, JE 4:10, JE 20:7, EZ 14:9 God deceives some of the prophets.

    See the whole list

I often wonder if those flaws didn't come from translation errors.

Or are people taking the Bible too literally. Those are interesting however.

many of the flaws do come from translation errors because it has been passed through so many languages and some only partially known. but yea some of them are pretty good ones

A classic example of taking the bible to literally. It's plain and simple, at least in my opinion, that the Bible was put together purely as a reference to healthy living, and to teach moralistic values. You don't have to beleive it, you don't even need to read it because society will tell you pretty much the same lessons it teaches in other ways these days anyway.

I find it amusing how it tends be the people who have not read who like to poke holes in it.

Summed up BeggsY, the Bible simply is the code for how life is supposed to be lived. It's a guideline. It dictates what is right, and what is wrong. I'm sure you have your own opinions though, regardless. [IMG]

For any further enquiries, just put your hands together and prey. The reliability of this service however is unproven. Your call maybe recorded for training purposes, however there is a high likelyhood that an agent will NOT respond [IMG]

they are bible references i think

DT = i think deutoronomy and no i cant spell lol MT = Matthew MK = Mark LK = Luke

    PS = Psalms PR = Peter S = Issiah LK = Luke 1PE = 1Peter
1JN There is no fear in love.

PR = Peter i think Every word of God proves true.
1KI = 1Kings 2CH = Not sure without looking JE same as before JE and again EZ = Ezzecial

the first numbers are the chapters, the 2nd numbers are the verse, so MT 25:16 would be matthew chapter 25 verse 16
